Meat_Coin on Rubinstein is the first restaurant of the brand, its captivating story started here. This is the place to where the Turkish cooks came and introduced the culture of choice, butchering, cooking and eating of meat to Russian audience. In 2017 Mehmet Chalyshkan created unique dishes and their signature show-serving, which made Meat_Coin popular not only in Saint-Petersburg, but also beyond its borders.
The decision to not only cook meat but also to sell it to the guests so they could enjoy culinary experience at home was also made here. Moreover, the first dry-aging meat chamber and open kitchen appeared at this restaurant, demonstrating attention to details and drive for innovations.
The design was developed by architectural bureau Paum, which created the unique atmosphere of coziness and extravagance.
